True Path Management (“True Path,” “we,” “us”) is an athlete management company. This policy covers information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@truepathmgmt.org or 919-417-7560.

We only collect what you choose to send us. There is no account system and no login on this site.
Information you submit
When you use our contact form, we collect the fields you complete. Depending on whether you identify as an athlete, a family member, or a brand, that may include:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- The type of enquiry you are making
- For athletes and families: sport, level, current team or school, Instagram handle, and the type of support you are seeking
- For brands: company name, campaign type, budget range, timeline, and the athlete or sport you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message field
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this information to build a profile of you.
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

5. Athletes under 18
We work with high school athletes, so this section matters. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should submit the contact form on their behalf. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us without appropriate consent, contact info@truepathmgmt.org and we will delete it promptly.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and longer where a law, contract, or dispute requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:

- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information — financial account details, government identification numbers, or medical information — through the contact form.

This site links to third-party sites, including Instagram. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
